St. Francis Xavier School is seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Third Grade Teacher to join our faith-filled learning community. The ideal candidate will foster a positive, engaging, and well-structured classroom environment that promotes academic excellence while nurturing the spiritual, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of each student.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree/Credential in progress).
- Practicing Catholic preferred; all candidates must support and uphold the mission, philosophy, and values of Catholic education.
- Ability to create a positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of students.
- Demonstrated skills in differentiated instruction, classroom management, and student assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
- Collaborative team player who is committed to ongoing professional growth.
- Proficient in the use of educational technology to enhance instruction and student learning.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
