A Virtual Advent Workshop for Catechists
The Advent Season is a four week period before Christmas that celebrates the anticipation and coming of Jesus Christ, the Messiah, to our world. During Advent we prepare to celebrate his birth at Christmas, await his Second Coming, and recognize his presence everyday as we live in discipleship.
What? | A hands-on virtual workshop for catechists who minister to children of elementary age. You will learn creative ideas to help the children and their families prepare to celebrate a Jesus-centered Christmas. |
When? | Thursday, November 21, 2024 From 7 – 9 pm |
Where? | Virtual (Online), via Zoom. A laptop computer or a Tablet is required for the best experience with this workshop. Cellphones have limited capabilities and are not recommended. |
Cost? | $25.00 Pre-Registration / $35.00 Late Registration (Digital material to print at home will be provided. You must provide craft tools as specified in the materials list.) |
