An Advent Workshop for Catechists – In Person
The Advent season is a four week period before Christmas that celebrates the anticipation and coming of Jesus Christ, the Messiah, to our world. During Advent we prepare to celebrate his birth at Christmas, the anticipation of his Second Coming, and his presence everyday as we live in discipleship.
| What? | A hands-on workshop for catechists who minister to children of elementary age. You will learn creative ideas to help the children and their families prepare to celebrate a Jesus-centered Christmas. |
| When? | Tuesday, November 14, 2023 From 6:30 – 9 pm |
| Where? | In person, at St. Matthias Parish 7125 Mission Place., Huntington Park, CA 90255 |
| Cost? | $20.00 (We will provide black-line masters. On-site registration IS NOT available. Space is limited, register early.) |
