Three years ago, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops launched the National Eucharistic Revival, the high point of which was the National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis last summer. As the culmination of this three-year initiative, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage will start in Indianapolis on May 18, 2025 and end in Los Angeles. Eight perpetual pilgrims will travel with the Blessed Sacrament across the country, logging 3,340 miles and passing through 20 dioceses.

On Friday, June 20, 2025, the pilgrimage will travel up the coast to Mission Basilica San Buenaventura and then to Sacred Heart Church in Altadena. The next day, Saturday, June 21, it will stop at St. Vincent de Paul Church and end at Mission San Gabriel. Finally, on Sunday, June 22, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels will host the Corpus Christi Celebration, with Mass and a Eucharistic procession on the Cathedral Plaza.
