Jubilee Opening Mass

Celebrate the solemn Opening Mass of the “Forward in Mission” Jubilee Year with Archbishop José H. Gomez on Saturday, September 11 at 11 a.m. at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. Mass will begin on the cathedral Plaza with the Rite of the Opening of the Holy Door.
The following day, Sunday, September 12, the 22 pilgrimage sites will also open their Holy Doors, through which pilgrims can pass throughout the year to obtain a plenary indulgence.
