Black History Mass

The African American Catholic Center for Evangelization invites you to the 24th Annual Black History Mass on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 3:00pm at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.
The Mass will acknowledge and celebrate Black Culture, including all African Diaspora members born in the United States and newcomers to this country.
During the Mass, honorees will receive the Keeper of the Flame Award for their efforts to keep the flame of evangelization burning in their individual parishes.
