Mary Perez

Mary Perez serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Archdiocese of Los Angeles from March 2020, she embarked on her journey in the field of Human Resources 18 years ago and quickly discovered her passion for it. With a focus on developing, training, educating, and supporting others to realize their full potential within the organization, Mary’s dedication shines through in her work. Growing up in a large family of ten children, family has always been central to Mary’s life. Her father imparted invaluable values such as love, humility, confidence, responsibility, and above all, integrity. Upholding these principles daily, Mary ensures honesty and ethical conduct in all her interactions and decisions, fostering a positive work environment. Outside of work, Mary cherishes moments spent with her three wonderful boys, indulging in some karaoke fun, and showcasing her love through cooking for Sunday family gatherings, reflecting her true Latina spirit.
