Archbishop of Los Angeles to lead a six-mile ‘pilgrimage of hope’

Archbishop José H. Gomez this week invited Los Angeles Catholics on a six-mile “Pilgrimage of Hope” in honor of the 2025 Jubilee of Hope.

The April 5 pilgrimage will go from All Souls Church in Alhambra to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, Archbishop Gomez wrote in Angelus News.

According to a press release from the Archdiocese, the relics of more than 10 saints and soon-to-be-saints will accompany the faithful along the journey – including St. Francis of Assisi, St. Francis Xavier Cabrini, St. John Vianney, St. Maria Goretti, Blessed Carlo Acutis and Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati.
