Holy Family School Celebrates Vocations During Catholic Schools Week 2025
Holy Family School recently celebrated Vocations as part of Catholic Schools Week 2025. Fr. Gerald shared his inspiring journey to the priesthood with the student body, recounting how his vocation began in Nigeria at age 10 when he became an Altar Server. With the unwavering support of his parents—both teachers—he pursued his Catholic education, entered the Seminary, and answered his calling.
During a recent visit to Nigeria, Fr. Gerald reconnected with his father and siblings while visiting five Catholic elementary and high schools. There, he shared his vocation story and generously distributed school supplies and backpacks to more than 250 students, continuing his mission of service and faith.
