The last week of January marks National Catholic Schools Week, and schools across the country are celebrating with this year’s theme, “Schools: United in Faith and Community.”
Archdiocese of Los Angeles Catholic schools are celebrating by giving back to the community, including those affected by the Los Angeles fires, according to a press release.
St. Thomas the Apostle School is kicking off the week with a Jan. 27 blanket drive. The students are also making thank-you notes for community partners, including the Los Angeles police and fire departments.
