Fil-Am Catholics celebrate Marian Santacruzan
The 19th annual celebration was led by the Filipino Ministry of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles
The Filipino Ministry of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Saturday celebrated its 19th Marian Santacruzan at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.
Led by the Filipino Ministry, various religious, cultural and civic organizations took part in the celebration.
There was a presentation of the sagalas, young girls and women who comprise the Court of Honor for the procession of the Blessed Mary, followed by a celebration of the Eucharistic Mass and the coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace.
The celebration concluded with flower offerings by the youth of the Archdiocese.
