Description
Ascension Catholic School is seeking a creative faith filled TK teacher. The classroom teacher will be responsible for creating an environment that is:
-conducive to learning. developing critical early literacy skills.
-supporting the development of the whole child.
-communicating with staff, administration and parents.
-designing and executing lesson plans that meet Archdiocesan and state requirements.
Requirements
Previous teaching experience, specifically with 3-4 year olds, highly desirable. Must have completed 12 units of Early Childhood Education or Child Development Course Work.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
