San Gabriel Mission High School (SGMHS) is a college-preparatory Catholic high school located on the historic grounds of the San Gabriel Mission. Our faith-driven community provides a safe environment for young women to grow as spiritual, intellectual, creative, and athletic leaders. Our financially accessible opportunities serve a diverse and inclusive student body of local, commuter, and international students in the Greater Los Angeles area.
SGMHS has an immediate opening for an Athletic Director. SGMHS is seeking a committed leader to continue to build our Athletic Program. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, knowledge of sports fundamentals, budget stewardship, fundraising spirit, and have competed at the high school and/or college. Prior coaching experience at the elementary or high school level is a plus. The individual would report to the principal and serve the coaches, parents, and student athletics of SGMHS.

- Knowledge sports fundamentals
- Played at the high school and/or college
- Prior coaching experience at the elementary and/or high school level is a plus.
- The individual would be responsible for the Athletic program.
- Once hired, individuals should possess Virtus, Play Like a Champion, and First/Aid CPR certification as well as fingerprinting with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
Salary Range: $20,000 – $30,000.00

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
