St. Athanasius School, Long Beach, is part of the Microschools Network of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. This exciting partnership provides support for schools that are small by design, have multi-age pedagogy, blended learning, and a whole child approach that includes art, PE, music, and gardening. We are seeking a dynamic primary school teacher who wants to help build this unique and innovative program.
Requirements

BA from an accredited college or university

Demonstrated record of success working with early childhood and/or primary grade students and is a team player

Well-organized, highly energetic, and deeply caring

Skill in differentiation and classroom management

Willingness to collaborate with parents/families and fellow teachers
