Description
Holy Name of Mary Preschool has followed the guidelines of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, (NAEYC) for the past twenty-plus years. Our goal of nurturing and caring for children with Christ as the master teacher, guides a high quality early childhood education where children grow physically, emotionally, and intellectually.
Requirements
Holy Name of Mary’s Preschool program is licensed by the State of California’s Department of Social Services, therefore, basic requirements for this position are as follows: Have 12 postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development (listed in Title 22) completed, and at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program.-orHold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a 3-5 age-level endorsement issued by the CDA National Credentialing Program of the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition and have at least six months experience working with a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
