Description
The music director will be coordinating and/or performing the following liturgies:
– Weekday: Daily Mass, Holy Hour, devotions, funerals, etc.
– Weekend: Wedding, Anniversaries, Quinceaneras, etc.
– Sunday: Saturday 5pm Vigil, 7am, 9am and 11am Masses
– Yearly: Christmas, Lent, First Communion, Confirmation, etc.
Requirements
Experience and knowledge of Catholic liturgy required. The applicant must have experience directing a traditional and contemporary choir. Looking for someone with excellent people skills and prefer someone who can sing and play piano (& organ). Position is salary plus benefits.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
