About Our School
We are a pre-K through 8th grade, double-classroom Catholic school, with 35 faculty/administrators and a support staff of over 50 people. We are proud of our family environment and our dedication to ensuring future growth and academic excellence for our students.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be responsible for teaching Middle School Math using the Common Core State Standards
- Possess a solid understanding of middle school mathematics
- Possess a solid understanding of middle school students and be able to relate well to them
- Be a dynamic individual looking to become a member of the Holy Trinity Family
- Be someone who cares about the whole child and will demonstrate a willingness to be part of a team, working on behalf of students
- Have an understanding of current teaching methodologies, including Student Engagement activities and Differentiated Instruction
- Have the ability to work collaboratively
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in the spoken and written word and use technology to communicate and to create and present effective lessons
- Have the ability to be flexible and adjust to the daily demands of the job
- Have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage a classroom of Middle School students
