We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Jr. High teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering spiritual growth, and teaching the whole child. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and uphold the values and teachings of the Catholic faith. Candidate should also have experience in developing weekly lessons plans and grading assessments to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Requirements
*BA/BS and a California Teaching Credential
*Three – five years teaching experience
*Catechetical Certificated
*Commitment to the values and mission of Catholic education
*Virtus trained and fingerprinted through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
