Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Soccer Coach to lead our high school soccer program. The ideal candidate will inspire student-athletes to excel in both their academic and athletic pursuits while upholding the values of sportsmanship and integrity.
Requirements
Previous coaching experience at the high school level or equivalent, with a proven track record of success.
Deep knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategies, and coaching techniques.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and respect.
Ability to work collaboratively with school administration, faculty, and parents to support the holistic development of student-athletes.
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
