Description
Professional educator who will help students develop and flourish throughout the school year and is able to create an interactive learning environment with strong classroom management. The candidate must feel comfortable teaching Catholic doctrine as well as all of the subjects within the self-contained learning environment.
It is important that the candidate is able to use positive communications skills with students, parents, peer teachers and administration.
Requirements
All candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree, completed a certification program, and have had previous experience in working with children within a classroom setting. First Aid/CPR and Virtus training is also required.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
