Holy Redeemer – St. James School in Glendale is seeking a full-time elementary school teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative teacher who can effectively engage students. The ideal candidate will be capable of planning and implementing engaging standards-based lesson plans. The ideal candidate will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic growth and teachers the whole child, while also analyzing data to help monitor student progress. The candidate should be open to communicate and collaborate with administrators, colleagues, and all shareholders, engage in professional development, and maintain the values and teachings of the Catholic faith. -Bachelor’s degree (Teaching Credential preferred or enrolled in Credential program)

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
