St. Christopher Parish School serves students in grades TK-8. The parish school is located in West Covina, but St. Christopher serves families from a variety of communities due to its rich tradition and ideal location. Together, the parish and school are dedicated to the growth and development of its students, in order to be responsible and participating members of a Catholic faith community.

St. Christopher Church & School is seeking that our new leader possess the following attributes:

  7. Reliable and Trustworthy: Communicates often and effectively with all stakeholders
  8. Collaborator: Values, engages, and connects parents, the parish and local community, and other partners in supporting programs and opportunities to maintain and grow the school’s presence and impact


  • Practicing Catholic
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience OR 3 years working at a non- profit organization in a leadership role
  • Earned Master’s Degree OR State Approved Teaching Credential
  • Catechetical Certification to be completed by the first two years of leadership

Compensation commensurate with level of experience, relevant professional certifications, and/or degrees earned. The Archdiocese of Los Angeles offers health benefits including medical, dental, and vision and all employees are enrolled in pension benefits from the time of employment and considered vested after five years of full-time employment.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
