St. John Eudes School and Parish has served the community for over 60 years. We are a TK-8 school whose mission is to to educate students, in partnership with parents, to live as committed followers of Jesus Christ in the Catholic faith, and to succeed in an ever-changing interconnected world as responsible learners, productive leaders and caring citizens of their communities and environment. It is our vision to go forward committing ourselves to the formation of each student through the guiding principles of Catholic Faith, life-long excellence and responsible stewardship and enriching their talents to become creative independent thinkers, who love God, lead with purpose and serve others.
This position will work directly with the Pastor.

● Develops, implements, and oversees academic, co-curricular, faith-formation, and service/ministry programs to educate the whole child.
REQUIREMENTS
● Practicing Catholic
● Minimum 5 years of teaching experience OR 3 years working at a non-profit organization in a leadership role
● A practitioner, advocate, and supporter of restorative practices in school education.
● Earned Master’s Degree OR State Approved Teaching Credential
● Catechetical Certification to be completed by the first two years of leadership
SALARY/BENEFITS
$69,788-$101, 865; Compensation commensurate with level of experience, relevant professional certifications, and/or degrees earned.”The Archdiocese of Los Angeles offers health benefits including medical, dental, and vision and all employees are enrolled in pension benefits from the time of employment and considered vested after five years of full-time employment.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
