Description
A highly relational and varied position reflecting the warmth of OLA by welcoming all visitors to the business office. Directs appropriate pathways to match parishioner needs to resolution. Performs diverse administrative duties in support of the Pastor, Business Manager, or other designated parish staff team in running the front office. With a bilingual presence, this position is the face of the church from in person interactions to phone interactions. Customer service skills must exude warmth and hospitality in support of a growing and dynamic parish. Works as a member of the business office team by attending mass as part of the weekly greeting team to build relationships with the parishioners.

Requirements
• Bi-lingual: English and Spanish. Both written and Oral.
• Excellent customer service skills that exude warmth and hospitality.
• Highly organized and able to handle sensitive phone calls with maturity.
• Team player
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
• Computer skills-Microsoft suite
• Ability to handle the pressure and demands of a busy front office adhering to the
highest level of confidentiality.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
