About Our School.
We are a Pre-K through 8th grade, double-classroom Catholic school, with 25
faculty/administrators and a support staff of over 20 people. We are proud of our
family environment and our dedication to insuring future growth and academic
excellence for our students.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be responsible for teaching Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Spelling using the Common Core State Standards to 7th grade classes and Religion to the homeroom
- Be a dynamic individual looking to become a member of the Holy Trinity Family
- Be someone who cares about the whole child and will demonstrate a willingness to be part of a team, working on behalf of students
- Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church
- Have an understanding of current teaching methodologies, including Student
- Engagement activities and Differentiated Instruction
- Have the ability to work collaboratively
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in the spoken and written word and use technology to communicate and to create and present effective lessons
- Have the ability to be flexible and adjust to the daily demands of the job
- Have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage a classroom of Middle School students
Requirements
Credentials
– A valid California Credential
– A degree in Education
– Must be comfortable using MacBook Pro, Interactive Whiteboard software,
and computers as a tool for instruction
