Description
St. Martha School is seeking a 5th Grade Homeroom Teacher with a strength in Math for 5th – 8th Grade, including Pre-Algrebra and Algebra. The candidate would be responsible for preparing lesson plans, grading, monitor and maintain positive classroom environment that keep the children engaged and respectful. The candidate should be open to communication and collaboration with school administrators, staff, students and parents.
Requirements
BA
Teaching Credential (preferred or in progress)
Experience 1+ (preferred)
Virtus Trained (can be done upon hiring)
Fingerprinting – LA Archdiocese (can be done upon hiring)
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
