We are seeking a motivated and collaborative teacher to join our team and serve as the 6th grade Homeroom Teacher and teach our 5th-8th grade students.
Responsibilities:
-Teach 5th & 6th Math, 7th Advanced Math, Algebra 1, and 6th Religion.
-Serve as the Homeroom Teacher for 6th grade
-Implement growth mindset, critical thinking, and mathematical practices into daily lessons.
-Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a structured and collaborative learning environment.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s degree/Single Subject Credential preferred).
-Three or more years of experience teaching honors or advanced math courses.
-Experience applying growth mindset and mathematical practices in lessons.
-Proficiency in implementing effective classroom management strategies.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
