We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic first-grade Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters spiritual growth, challenges academics, analyzes data to help monitor student progress, and engages the whole child with engaging lessons. This individual will demonstrate a willingness to communicate and collaborate with administrators, colleagues, and all shareholders, engage in ongoing professional development, and uphold the values and teachings of the Catholic faith.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Teaching Credential preferred)
One year of experience is preferred
Familiar with the integration of technology
Committed to Catholic Faith and Education
Effective classroom management skills
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
