Lucia Fallat

Lucia Fallat joined the HR team as a Human Resources Generalist supporting the ACC at the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in August of 2023. She feels incredibly grateful to be working for the ADLA alongside her HR team and finds it to be an extremely rewarding experience. Prior to joining the ADLA, Lucia worked as a Human Resources professional for the industry’s leading medical manufacturing company, Carlisle Medical Technologies. Lucia is a native of the Chicago area and has been residing in California since 2006. She holds a B.F.A. Degree from Northern Illinois University and is also a licensed CA State Certified Massage Therapist. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her young daughter and enjoys staying active outdoors. Lucia strongly believes that Communication is an essential component to any productive working relationship. In her role as HR Generalist, she consistently interacts professionally with various employees throughout the ADLA daily. Her interaction with various employees consists of in person, via email, and by phone. Having timely, clear, constant, and open communication is critical to the customer service experience and employee rapport that she seeks to develop. By providing professional and continuous communication through various platforms, she strives to build trust and rapport with employees. Lucia believes that being a sender is equally as important as being the receiver of communication. Being open and actively listening to constructive and positive feedback is conducive to a productive ambiance and the overall customer service experience. Lucia is passionate about serving God through her ministry. She enjoys coming together daily with various employees at the ADLA to accomplish the Church’s mission and join in the common pastoral commitment.
