Description

Full-time position
* Greet and receive parishioners and all visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner.
* Responds to all inquiries on the telephone and in person
* Answer all incoming phone calls with professional and courteous manner
* Relays telephone messages promptly and accurately, screens and transfers telephone calls appropriately
* Performs all front office duties such as baptisms, 15ers, weddings, and other special masses
* Performs other duties such as but not limited to copying, collating, sorting mail, etc.
* Courteous, friendly and professional manner are a must
* Strong communication skills including confidentiality, tact, patience, and diplomacy to handle sensitive situations
* Detail oriented
* Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
* Works harmoniously and cooperatively with other staff
* Engages in and supports our parish mission

Requirements

* Knowledge of Office 360
* Must be bilingual – English and Spanish, be able to read and write both languages
* Knowledge of the Catholic Faith
* Flexible and availability
