Saint Joseph School is seeking a school office manager to work in our office. The office manager handles the majority of the clerical work in the school, including sensitive documents and student records. Duties also include communication with stakeholders in the community, some marketing aspects, and ideas of fundraising. Knowledge of accounting and record keeping are necessary to complete day-to-day financial records. The ideal candidate understands the Catholic school culture, has moderate technical abilities and skills, and writes/speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, fluent in Spanish, and moderate technical abilities.
A B.A. is preferred, but not required.
