Saint Joseph High School is a Catholic four-year college-preparatory high school for young women, a ministry of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Saint Joseph High School is seeking a full-time Registrar and Student Store Manager.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Manages the master calendar and all activities with the assistant principal for activities and operations
- Records minutes for the Board and prepares any documentation requested by the Board President
- Organizes and oversees student surveys (SJHS & Department of Catholic Schools)
- Provide student data and statistics to the AP of Wellness Counseling to support the request of government funds
- Collaborates with administration, teachers, and staff to create the Master Calendar that is published in the Student Agenda/Planner
- Manages the Student Store and orders SJ items for the bookstore based on designs created and approved by the Director of Public Relations
- Opens student store at 7:30 a.m. / closes store one hour after dismissal
- Order custom items needed by student organizations (clubs, classes, etc.); assure that their design is approved by Director of Public Relations
- Manages sales and reconciles with Finance Office daily
- Create online forms for sales and reconcile with Finance Office Monthly
- Create the content for student registration online content, in collaboration with administration; provides content to School Administration to set up registration
- Monitor registration; update PowerSchool with registered students; inform Finance Office about unpaid registration
- Maintains student information in PowerSchool
- Support PowerSchool master schedule and student schedules
- Processes PowerSchool report cards at the end of each grading period
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field
- At least 5 years of experience in related field in an educational or nonprofit setting

WAGE RANGE $18 to $22
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
