Incarnation Parish School is a Pre-K to 8th elementary school serving the parishioners of Incarnation Church, the City of Glendale, and the foothill communities.
Our Preschool is looking for a motivated PRESCHOOL AFTER SCHOOL CARE COORDINATOR who is a team player with a great personality. The right person must take genuine pride in the progress of children and the desire to help them grow and develop. The position is from 12-5 pm, Monday – Friday

The ideal candidate shares the school’s mission and core beliefs; effectively communicates with parents and collaborates with teachers and administrators; creates and implements an enriching and engaging learning environment, and is dedicated to the pastoral values and evangelical mission of the Church.
Ideal Candidates will:
-learn and work as a team member and has the ability to work independently
-be friendly yet firm, caring, responsible
-give teachers breaks and substitute as needed
-follow structure and rules laid out by classroom teacher
-develop and implement structured indoor and outdoor lesson plans for after school class
-supervise during indoor and outdoor activities
-follow and enforce all school rules and policies to keep students safe
-prepare daily snack
-prepare children for after nap activities

Requirements
-AA or minimum of 12 units in Child Development
-experience working with preschool children aged 2-6 years old
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
