- Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate staff
- Greet and assist at front desk
- Input weekly donations
- Research and type sacramental certificate requests
- Hall Rental Coordinator
- Sacramental Record Book Entry
- Light bookkeeping
- Type and submit weekly Mass Intentions
- Weekly hospitality inventory and set-up
- Various typing, filing, photocopying
- Other office duties, as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
- Practicing Catholic
- 2 years office work preferred
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range.
