Part-Time Religious Ed Secretary

This position, due to its unique ministerial nature, requires the hiring of a practicing Roman Catholic

— provide routine secretarial and administrative assistance, including appointments,
correspondence, and filing
— interact with children and parents daily
— operates computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office
support software
— gathers and compiles information as requested; prepare related sacramental
certificates or documents
— greets visitors and answers telephone; takes messages and replies to questions in
accordance with general instructions


— excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
— knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
— excellent written and verbal communication skills
— strong organizational and planning skills
— proficient in MS office
— computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
— must be bilingual, English and Spanish
