Parish Secretary (Part-time)

The core duties and responsibilities include but not limited to a variety of tasks such as:
• Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
•Answering incoming phone calls
• Greet, communicate with and welcome guests in person and on the phone
•Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
•Multi-tasking and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Check, sort and forward emails


•Friendly, helpful, positive attitude
•Customer service experience preferred/Church Office Experience Plus
•Microsoft Office computer skills
•Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
•High School Diploma
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
•Team player and collaborative
•Available to work 20 hours per week (Weekdays from 10am-2pm)
