Description
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. The office manager will be in charge of tuition collection, Smart Tuition enrollment, and management with families. Constant communication of pending payments, overdue tuition, service hours, and fundraising fees. Human Resources will handle employee relations, payroll, and benefits of Non-exempt and Exempt employees
Requirements

Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish
