The Notre Dame School partners with parents to offer Preschool through 8th grade Catholic education in downtown Santa Barbara. Serving students who live from Oxnard to Santa Maria.
We are seeking a junior high teacher to be a part of a team working together to provide a faith-filled, cooperative, diverse, and innovative educational experience for the children entrusted to our care.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
CA Multiple Subject preferred
Prior experience teaching and lesson planning for elementary school preferred
Excellent management and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and be part of a team
VIRTUS Certification (Can be obtained through the school)
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
