Description
We are seeking a full-time teacher to facilitate Religion & Social Studies instruction to students in grades 6 – 8 as a member of our middle school team.

Requirements
Candidates must:
- Possess a BA/BS degree, preferably content area
- Exhibit strong classroom management
- Be able to meet the needs of various learning styles and levels.
- Be knowledgeable in the integration of technology
The most competitive candidates will possess:
- MA/MS or BA Degree in the content area
- CA teaching credential, or is in the process of obtaining
- Experience teaching Social Studies and/or Religion at the middle school level
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
