Description
St. Anastasia is a wonderful Catholic elementary school in Westchester near LMU and LAX. Our academic programs include Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies, Religion, Spanish, and Music. The candidate should also be able to design a classroom conducive to the needs of various learning styles. This teacher must be willing to work as a team member and participate in the school’s community life, including additional duties as needed.
The Junior Kindergarten team consists of two teachers. Each Junior Kinder classroom has 16 students and a full time instructional assistant.
Requirements
-Multiple subject credential
-Experience working with children
-Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-Technology skills and ability to integrate technology into the instructional experiences
-Practicing Catholic
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
