Elementary Teacher
Design and execute lesson plans that are aligned with Common Core and Archdiocesan standards.
Collaborate with colleagues, staff, administration, and students with professionalism.
Communicate with students, and other teachers on a regular basis to develop and update assessments, provide feedback on student work, suggest instructional approaches and strategies, monitor completion of assignments, and coach special projects.
Analyze formative and summative assessment to drive instruction.
Incorporate the use of technology to enhance student understanding.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (completed or in progress)
Two or more years of prior teaching experience as a full-time teacher
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Commitment to high expectations for students, collaborative family engagement, and ongoing professional growth in a team setting.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
