Responsible for maintaining parish finances and payroll under the supervision of Parish Administrator.

Description of Duties
• Payroll
• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Insurance
• Benefits
• Monthly/Yearly Financial Reports
• Hall Rental Coordinator
• Attend periodic evening Finance Council meetings
• Assist in answering phones and front desk reception
• Other various duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications
• Prior related experience required
• Knowledge of Quickbooks, Word, Excel
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Requirements
• Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
