Description
Bishop Amat Memorial High School is seeking an energetic, organized and efficient addition to our school’s Development/Advancement Office, providing assistance to the President, Development Director and Director of Alumni Relations.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- perform all administrative duties related to telephone/email correspondence, maintaining files, and assisting with publications
- maintain donor database through Little Green Light, process donations/donor reports, generate pledge reminders, verify donor attendance at cultivation events and assist with the school’s Annual Fund efforts as needed
- assist with alumni activities associated with the school’s development efforts
- assist in all aspects of special events hosted through the Development Office
Requirements
- proficient in use of Excel and donor database programs (Raisers’ Edge, Little Green Light)
- bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
- pronounced organizational and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in a school setting, especially in Alumni/Development departments

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
