Description
We are searching for someone who will help develop strategies to increase revenue from the assigned portfolio of corporate partners, including new relationships and increased giving from existing ones. Our ideal candidate will have experience:
• Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with company decision-makers, campaign contacts, cabinet members, and fundraising volunteers
• Effectively communicate an organization’s mission and value to all constituents
• Managing relationships and fundraising results for a portfolio of corporate partners, including workplace giving campaigns
• Developing timelines, key strategies, and action plans for portfolio fundraising
• Set campaign goals to increase campaign revenue and integrate plans necessary to achieve them
• Identifying individual and organization prospects and preparing and maintaining prospect lists
• Analyzing data, campaign results, and trends as a basis for developing strategies for growth.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Mission Advancement.
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree related to non-profit management, marketing, or business. Two to five years of fundraising, business development, relationship management, or related experience
• Understanding of fundraising, relationship management, marketing, and customer service roles and general supervisory experience
• Understanding of non-profits, human services, and philanthropy
