Mission Statement
Holy Family High School is a Catholic, all-girls college preparatory school with a spiritual foundation that inspires a young woman to recognize her gifts, discover her voice, and find her purpose.

Position Description
Holy Family High School seeks candidates for a Campus Minister. The Campus Minister serves as a leader and facilitator for the spiritual growth of the Holy Family High School community. The Campus Minister also teaches theology to grades 9-12. Courses include: Revelation of Jesus Christ/Who is Jesus Christ (Freshman Theology); Source of Salvation/Jesus Christ and the Church (Sophomore theology); Sacred Scriptures/Catholic Morality (Junior Theology); and Church History & Vocations/World Religions (Senior Theology). The school has a six (6) period day. Full-time faculty teach five (5) periods. The Campus minister teaches four(4) periods, with one (1) additional period designated for Campus Ministry preparation. The position is eligible for benefits.

We seek teachers who can align themselves to and successfully deliver the mission of Holy Family High School. Ideal candidates will also have a passion for and commitment to all-girls education. The ideal candidate will also thrive in a high demand, high-energy school environment, and is able to provide a high degree of customer service. Campus Minister responsibilities will include: coordinating the liturgical functions of the school including retreats and Masses; organizing opportunities for, coordinating, keeping record of student service hours; and moderating the Campus Ministry club. Teaching responsibilities include: lesson planning, instruction, grading, supervision, and communication with parents. There may be other duties that are assigned by the Head of School. The Campus Minister is responsible to the Dir. of Professional Growth and accountable to the Head of School.


Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a theology or a related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the US Department of Education.
2. Experience teaching at the high school level or in parish-based teen ministry.
3. Must be a practicing Catholic.

The ideal candidate will have:
1. A passion for or commitment to Catholic, all-girls college preparatory education.
2. Archdiocesan Religious Certification.
3. Master’s degree or higher.

Salary and Benefits:
1. Commensurate with education and experience on the Archdiocesan salary scale.
2. This full-time position is eligible for benefits.
