Description
St. Dorothy Catholic School serves grades TK-8. We are currently seeking an assistant for our after school program (Bruin Club). The candidate will work directly with the Bruin Club Director in the following:
– Monitor and ensure safety of students at all times
– Assist students with homework
– Monitor art and craft activities
– Monitor check in and check out of students
– Communicate any problems to the administration
Requirements
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Experience working with children in an educational setting a plus
– Virtus and Fingerprinted with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles (can be done after hiring)
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
