Description
Bishop Alemany is a Catholic High School in the San Fernando Valley that is seeking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant / Human Resources position for the 2022-2023 school year.
The position would include providing assistance to the administrative team as well as being the on-campus point-person for all human resource needs.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-point of contact for payroll or benefits questions
-point of contact for information and processing of benefits management
-annual benefits open enrollment
-leave of absences
-worker’s compensation
-onboard new faculty and staff; process new hire paperwork
-maintain employee personnel files
-maintain testing and training for all employees
-process employment verifications
-process internal and outside facility user agreements
-process accident reports
-staff liaison/contact for several school related companies

Requirements
Preferred:
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources/Administrative Assistant role
Experience in the school setting
