Description
St. Christopher Parish School is seeking an energetic 1st/2nd grade multiage teacher with a strong work ethic to join our faculty. The ideal candidate can design a classroom conducive to the needs of various learning styles; is knowledgeable in the integration of technology throughout the curriculum (familiarity with iPads is a plus); creates engaging, standards based lessons including appropriate objectives and assessments; is data-driven; works collaboratively and respectfully with other teachers, staff, administration, and parents to support academic development.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Practicing Catholic
– Knowledge of content standards
– Teaching experience is preferred but not required
– Ability to incorporate technology into instruction
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
