Luminary

Luminary is a professional leadership training & coaching for Parish Catechetical Leaders (PCLs) who are entrusted with evangelization and catechesis. Monthly sessions are based on The Effective Catechetical Leader series (2017), developed by Loyola Press in conjunction with the National Conference for Catechetical Leadership.

Topics covered: Vocation of the Parish Catechetical Leader (PCL), Spirituality of the PCL, Developing Missionary Disciples of Christ, Best Practices for successful leadership, Constructive ideas for managing conflicts, Recruit, encourage and retain successful catechesis and Effective evangelization and catechesis in a diverse church.

The 2024 Luminary Cohort will open registrations on January 1^st 2024. If you have any questions, please contact your regional coordinator (contact information is below).

This is a 6month program that begins with a 3-day retreat on March 12-14 and ends with a final session on Aug. 6^th.
